What to Expect When Servicing Your Vehicle
1. Arrival
When you arrive for your service appointment, you'll find us conveniently located at the corner of Highway 50 and Baltimore ave. Simply pull into our lot, and keep an eye out for the Cone Zone and Trailhead Cabin

2: Making Your Way Through the Lot
As you arrive, begin making your way through the dealership lot toward the service area. The Trailhead cabin is located at the bottom of the lot, so keep an eye out as you approach. To help guide you, look for the white Cone Zone marking the designated path-they'll lead you directly to where you need to be.
3: The Trailhead Cabin and Entrance
As you approach the service area, pull into the cone Zone in front of the Trailhead Cabin. These lanes are clearly marked with white cones to help guide you into the correct spot-just like the red X shown. Once you're in position, a greeter will come out to meet you right at your car.


4: Greeter
Please remain in your vehicle-there's no need to get out. A greeter will come to you promptly to begin the check-in process. They'll gather a few key details, identify your assigned service advisor, and place an identifier on your vehicle to keep everything moving smoothly. Once that's complete, they'll guide you on where to go next.
5: Service Writer Introduction
Once you've pulled inside and parked, please remain in your vehicle. A service writer will greet you promptly at your car to begin your appointment!


6: Walkaround
Your service writer will gather a few additional details and then guide you through the next steps of your appointment. As part of the process, you'll complete a full walkaround of your vehicle together. This ensures everything is documented clearly and gives you a chance to point out any specific concern
7: Write-Up
Next, your service writer will verify all your information and confirm the reasons for your visit. They'll also check for any open recalls or recommended maintenance based on your vehicle's history and mileage. Once everything is reviewed, they'll walk you through the next steps so you know exactly what to expect during your visit.


8: Waiting, Riding, or Driving
Once your vehicle is handed off to our technicians, you've got options for what comes next. If you're not planning to wait, we can offer you a ride home or to a nearby location-just let us know. In some cases, we may have a loaner vehicle available (based on availability).
If you'd rather stick around, our customer lounge is fully equipped with comfortable seating, complimentary coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, and quiet spaces for work or relaxation. Whatever works best for your day, we've got you covered.
9: Video Inspection
Every vehicle that comes through our shop receives a comprehensive multi-point inspection-it's part of our commitment to transparency and thorough care. As part of this process, you'll receive a video inspection texted directly to your phone, giving you a rare, behind-the-scenes look under your vehicle and into the technician's findings.
