Maintenance Schedule When you purchase a new car, you don't usually think that you will only have it for a few months or a few thousand miles. Typically, you envision having your brand new car for years and years to come. In order to extend the life of your brand new Subaru Impreza, it's important to pay attention to the necessary steps of maintenance for your Subaru. In your new Subaru Impreza, you will find your Owner's Manual with all of these maintenance steps outlined for you. Subaru of Pueblo will be here the whole way with you to keep up on these services. At certain mile markers, there are crucial services that must be performed, whether it be by you or by the service team at Subaru of Pueblo. The fluids should be checked, tires rotated, oil changed and computer checked for updates. There are also more complicated services that the dealership will be able to perform for you whenever you hit these maintenance markers.

Oil Type and Capacity In line with keeping your 2014 Subaru Impreza in the best shape possible, it's crucial to keep up on regular oil changes. Subaru recommends in line with rotating your tires, you should change your oil or have it changed by a Subaru technician every 7,500 miles or 7.5 months, whichever comes first. To make sure you can extend the life of your engine in the best ways possible, Subaru also recommends you use synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is more resilient for more miles than regular oil, as well as performing better in cold weather. Synthetic oil also lubricates the crucial parts of your engine more than regular oil, allowing it to extend the life of your Subaru, your engine, and your wallet.
